Working with partners

Our aim is to ensure a diverse range of partners, from across civil society, the private sector and academia, are part of the process to develop the Global Compact on Migration.

Several organisations, including the United Nations Non-Governmental Liaison Service (NGLS), the Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA), the United Nations University (UNU) and the United Nations Global Compact, with the support of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), will facilitate stakeholders to participate in the informal interactive multi-stakeholder hearings and the six informal thematic sessions.

Application to attend the thematic sessions and multi-stakeholder hearings

Apply now to attend the five remaining informal thematic sessions as well as the informal, interactive multi-stakeholder hearings in 2017.
The deadline to apply for the second informal thematic session (New York, 22-23 May 2017) is 15 May 2017.
