- Share highlights and recommendations of the different consultations and processes in a concise manner,

- Panel moderated by one of the co-facilitators
 
- The format is “Davos-style” with each speaker making a 5-minute introduction followed by discussion in the panel and with the participants
 
- No power point presentations or formal speeches will be prepared
 
- The idea is to foster an open debate and lively interaction.
 
- Chairs of RCPs (always a Member State) should be given extra time for interventions from the floor on behalf of the respective regional process or mechanism, as well as preferential speaking order
